How can a guest or participant access an Eyeson's meeting room?

Watch the video below to learn how to access the online video presentation as a guest.

A Guest does not need an Eyeson account, and no downloads or installs are required. Guests can only enter the online video presentation when the host or member is present and have received the access link.

  1. Copy the link sent to you via email etc... and paste it into your browser (Google Chrome and Firefox recommended).
  2. When you press enter you will be redirected to a page where you will be able to access the online video presentation.
  3. You will be presented with a page displaying a generic username. In that field, you need to replace the generic name with your name.
  4. Once you have entered your name you can click on the "Join" button below.
  5. The next page will provide you with the options to select, disable and adjust your camera, microphone and speaker devices before entering the video presentation.
  6. Finally, click on the "Join" button below when you are ready to enter.
